Due to numerous deaths and diseases caused by smoking, colleges and other national facilities perk up cracked down on the laws of where you can can legally. Today, the great unwashed argue that the laws are too stringent and unfair. The authorities can control what humans do, but only to a certain degree. Although they oblige probably tried, the government cannot stop people from smoking; what they can do is eliminate smoking when it is touching other nearby kids or adults. Seconds hand smoking is when you fork over a man or woman smoking, and the smoke spreads surface in the air and is inhaled by a nonsmoker. Although not as concentrated, the smoke can poi intelligence the nonsmoker if inhaled to occasionally.
Imagine if it was snowing, and you were cause down a busy street at fourscore miles an hour and your child does not have a seatbelt on. The dangers to your son or daughter is mainly your own fault, because you are operate recklessly, not enforcing the seatbelt, and because it is snowing. The child will possibly get wound due to your lack of responsibility. In many ways, smoking has a similar effect. A child will be poisoned by the smoke if inhaled too often. You are irresponsible, and you are causing unwitting harm to your child or other bystanders.

Some people will word that the people who receive second hand smoke do not have to stand so close or even have to be associated with the smoker.
