III. Findings and Analysis
Harvey Industries has continuous demand and many customers that hope on them especially in the assembly specification aspect. miscellaneous assembly products overcome from Harvey Industries affirm that it is a fine conjunction with nonstop operation. But unfortunately in recent eld the company struggled through financial difficulty, all of this is because to a poor inventory control. The inventory system consists of complex and unidentified stocks deputy information that results to improper settings in the inventory. Some part of the system like the maintenance of the stockroom is well organized with contrasting parts of the stocks being stored according to their vendor.



But as the transactions of materials through the company and their customer arises, the volume of the inventory decreases with no permanent indication when to replenish it that causes downtime to the main assembly production of the company that needs the required basic materials. Because of these complications that happened to their inventory, the company faces losings in their income and has the possibility to turn out the business if the losings sum up.

Various product specification and application that involves increase in sales.
Weakness
Poor management, especially in inventory, where the root problem happens.
