For 3-5 Year Olds [Optional] - This placement includes children who receive services in programs designed primarily for non-disabled children, provided the children with disabilities are in a separate program (i.e., not served with non-disabled children) for less than 21 percent of the time receiving services. This may include, but is not limit to, Head Start Centers, public or private preschool and child care facilities, preschool classes offered to an age-eligible population by the public school system, kindergarten classes, and classes victimization co-teaching models (special education and general education staff coordinating activities in the general education setting).
Resource Room. Unduplicated total who received education programs in resource room includes children and youth with disabilities receiving special education and related services OUTSIDE THE REGULAR CLASSROOM for at least 21 percent but no to a greater extent than 60 percent of the school day. This may include children and youth placed in:
