RULES
Through taboo the daytime many muckle come and go from Henderson rural area University: Some off campus students and some who live here. The put sucks horrific! It gets harder and harder everyday to find a car seting spot, especially during the day when all the off campus goers are here. The rule states, “ place dissever marked Commuter Parking Only are the are Hall lot and the Haddock Street lot. These lots nonch limited parking for commuters only. Parking lots marked faculty Parking Only or Faculty/Staff Parking Only is reserved for the use of Henderson faculty and staff. All some other lots whitethorn be used by anyone with a current Henderson vehicle decal, be they resident, commuter, or faculty/staff. Students with rustle Oaks decals are restricted to the apartment complex and may not park in any lot on the of import campus between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. They may park in student parking lots at the Wells complex.” (HSU Handbook page 58) I honestly moot this is the most ridiculous rule in the handbook because of scarcity, placing, and inconvenience.
The parking lots for Smith, East, and West Halls are small. There are not enough spaces to fit the cars. In the morning, noon, and past ten o’clock the lots are full.
There are people parked on the side of the road and clear more or less the block! Nobody wants to locomote one or ii blocks in the dark and cold! It is outrageous. During the day the commuters can park in our lot which is not fair, because when our lots are full, we cannot park in theirs! There is absolutely no where to park, and it gets frustrating. The problem has frequently made people late for class or get a ticket. Students should not have to choose between a ticket and being late to class!
