1The meaning of diversity for me is the wide differences of people all everywhere the world . When I hear that word , I have in mind back about how disparate we all are on numerous levels such as culture , religion , perspective , and so much more than . I wonder about how in all that diversity , people can still compromise and agree on many things . Yet it also makes me think about all the violence that has occurred beca mapping of diversity between dickens opposing factions such as that between Israelis and Palestinians . I have somewhat overwhelmed by this word and its implications . I behave to cook how diverse even my community is . From mass media , images of people of different color and religion banding together for common purposes come to mind . I remember one UNICEF ad advocating against medicine abuse which featured how diverse cultures are all against it . In my perspective , these ideas affect communication in several ship canal .

If diversity causes fear , then people would be more reserved when communicating with people from other cultures or cocultures .
