Elpidio, MA, MBA Kudler okay Foods (KFFs) is an upmarket solid food stack away with locations in the beautiful city of San Diego, CA. Kudler Fine Foods specialize in providing fine timbre food and wines. Kudler Fine Foods currently has three branches in the San Diego area. These branches are located in La Jolla, Del Mar and Encinitas. Kudler in La Jolla is located at the Rosen Shopping Center. Kudler Fine Foods mission has been to provide high quality organic domestic and imported foods ranging from bakery, produce, meats, seafood, condiments, pre-packaged foods, dairy products and wines to it customers and vendors (2003 strategical Plan, 2003). Since Kathy Kudler unresolved Kudler Fine Foods (KFF), she has had her share of good and bad lessons as KFFs grew. When evaluating KFF using the SWOT analysis, Ive realized that not both their strengths are strengths, and all their weaknesses are not weak. For instance, in their 2003 Strategic Plan under strengths, they stated that they have good store locations and have no direct competition. I would disagree and signal that the Del Mar store is not striving well cod to the fact that Kathy intends to consolidate the store into the Carlsbad location when it opens.

No lawful businessman or woman would choose to close a store and consolidate it if its doing well. As the old dictum goes, if its not broke dont fix it, and universe that she plans on closing it down, that means it obviously not producing the revenue that was expected from that location. As for not having any direct competition, it was overly stated in the 2003 Strategic Plan that possible competitor, Jonathans Market in La Jolla, is a specialty food store and eatery that is more focused on its eating place and wine department.
